Wrestling Lockup with Brandon brought to you by Triple Threat CLE. Today's edition is the Smackdown recap from last night. Highlights from last night's show included, tag team action, as Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus teamed up to face The Miz and Damien Sandow. Former WWE Divas Champion, Paige, and former WWE World Tag Team Champions, The Usos, were in action. The main event saw a tag team rematch from RAW, as John Cena and Dean Ambrose took on Randy Orton and Kane. Let's get to the recap.
- In Ring Promo with John Cena: Smackdown kicked off from Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 15 time World Champion, John Cena, inside the squared circle. Cena is a little upset with Dean Ambrose for getting in his way on RAW, as he was gunning for Seth Rollins. The "Lunatic Fringe" known as Dean Ambrose makes his way to the ring and tells Cena he needs to get in line behind him for a piece of Rollins. Cena and Ambrose go back and forth comparing beatings they took from Brock Lesnar, Kane and Seth Rollins until Cena finally calls for a truce with each other. Before Ambrose accepts or declines Cena's truce, Randy Orton and Kane appear on the TitanTron and try to get Cena and Ambrose to turn on each other. Kane announces that he and Orton will face Cena and Ambrose later in the main event.
- Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus vs The Miz and Damien Sandow: Sheamus gets a near fall on Sandow early. Both sides switch offense throughout the match and we get hot tags from both teams. Ziggler with a huge DDT and cover on Sandow, but Miz breaks up the pin. Miz and Sheamus brawl on the floor as Ziggler and Sandow brawl in the ring. The referee's back is turned as Miz plants a huge steel chair shot on Sheamus. Ziggler hits "Zig Zag" on Sandow and scores the pinfall. After the match, The Miz runs for cover as an angry Sheamus unloads a steel chair shot on Sandow.
- Paige (w/Alicia Fox) vs Naomi: Fox tries to help Paige after Naomi drops Paige with a head scissor DDT. Naomi dives outside and nails Fox. Naomi gets back in the ring and ends up locked in Paige's submission hold, where Naomi taps out. A.J. Lee's music hits and out comes the Divas Champ. Fox gets in the ring to back up Paige. A.J. beats down Fox as Paige leaves Fox and hides behind JBL at the commentary table.
- In Ring Promo with Big Show: Show apologizes to the Russians and apologizes for pulling down the Russian Flag on RAW. Rusev and Lana arrive. Lana wants a personal apology from Big Show. Show says he disrespected Rusev and Lana on purpose. Rusev says Show and America suck and attacks Show. Rusev lands a shot to Show with the flag pole and plants a kick to Show's head. Rusev waves the Russian Flag then both he and Lana exit when Show gets back to his feet.
- The Usos vs Titus O'Neil and Heath Slater (w/Hornswoggle): Adam Rose's Bunny comes out and messes with Hornswoggle, who's dressed like an alligator. The Usos hit double splashes from the top rope for the pinfall and Bunny hits a splash on Horny.
- Backstage Promo with Dean Ambrose: Says he'll take out anyone in his way including John Cena to get to Seth Rollins.
- R-Truth vs. Cesaro: Cesaro with "The Neutralizer" on Truth for the pinfall. Nothing memorable about this match, sadly.
- John Cena and Dean Ambrose vs Randy Orton and Kane: Ambrose takes out both Orton and Kane with a suicide dive on the floor. Later in the match the action is on the floor where Ambrose lights up Orton on top of the announcers table. Orton tosses Ambrose spine first into the ring post. Ambrose goes for the tag but Cena is distracted as Seth Rollins appears on the stage. Cena chases Rollins, leaving Ambrose alone. Ambrose blocks an "RKO" and scores a near fall rollup. Orton and Kane double team Ambrose until the referee calls for the DQ. Ambrose gets beat down until Cena finally runs back out for the save. The Authority taunt Cena from the stage as Smackdown closes out.
