WWE Money In The Bank 2015 #MITB

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, brought to you by Triple Threat CLE, brings you last night's Money In The Bank pay per view, live at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Last night, four of the major WWE titles were on the line. We also witnessed Cena/Owens part 2. And of course we found out who walked out this year's money in the bank briefcase holder. Let's get to last night's results.

*** Pre Show ***

- WWE kicks things off with a "In Memory" picture graphic for the late "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. WWE spends the first few minutes sharing Dusty Rhodes stories and tweets on Twitter. Very classy move by the WWE.

- Backstage, Ryback is confident about beating Big Show tonight.

- Backstage, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose are talking. Reigns says they'll both be winners tonight. Ambrose asks Reigns to just warn him when he's going to cash in the money in the bank briefcase. Reigns says he will.

- Backstage, Stephanie McMahon says she will grant Seth Rollins' request and ban The Authority from ringside tonight in his ladder match with Dean Ambrose.

- R-Truth vs. King Barrett: Truth says he should be in Game of Thrones cause Barrett is about to be dethroned by the King of What's Up. Barrett cuts a promo on Truth in return and the bell rings. Barrett dominates early until Truth sends Barrett to the floor. Barrett returns the match in his favor and beats down Truth, for a near fall. Barrett mat wrestles Truth, until Truth comes back and gets a near fall. Truth hits a kick and plants Barrett on his face for a near fall. Barrett hits a big boot on Truth for a near fall. More back and forth action until Truth rolls Barrett up and scores the pin. After the match, Truth says he'll give the Spanish announcers a job, Micheal Cole will be his jester and Jerry "The King" Lawler can be a stunt double. Truth dances around with Barrett's kings crown before running away with it.

- More Dusty Rhodes tributes and final Money In The Bank winner predictions and it's now time for Money In The Bank.

*** Money In The Bank 2015 ***

- Money In The Bank kicks off with the whole WWE locker room on stage and a special ten bell salute to the "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. RIP Dusty.

- "Money In The Bank Ladder Match": Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Kane vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus vs. Neville: Everyone tries to scramble up the ladder to start the match. Kane and Sheamus clear the ring. Ziggler counters a Kane choke slam with a DDT. Sheamus stops Ziggler from climbing the ladder, counters a DDT and hits White Noise. Sheamus uses a ladder as a battering ram. Kofi climbs the ladder, but Sheamus shoves him off. Kofi counters Sheamus' White Noise and hits some kicks. Neville lands a missile drop kick on Sheamus and Kofi hits Trouble In Paradise, sending Sheamus to the floor. Neville stops Kofi from climbing the ladder.
Reigns comes in and hits Neville with the ladder and then power bombs Kofi on a ladder balanced in the corner. Reigns counters a Neville hurricanrana and power bombs him on top of Kofi and the ladder. Kane stops Reigns from climbing and hits a choke slam. Kane climbs the ladder, but Orton stops him with an RKO. Orton climbs, but Kofi follows. Orton hits an RKO on Kofi. Orton then catches Neville flying in with another RKO. Sheamus and Orton trade blows on the ladder. Sheamus does away with Orton with a Brogue Kick and then fights with Ziggler on the ladder.
Ziggler counters White Noise with a sleeperhold, but both fall off the ladder. Neville hits Red Arrow on Sheamus. Neville and Ziggler fight on the ladder. Kane interferes, but Ziggler hits a super kick. Kane boots a ladder into Ziggler and Neville as they try to hit Kane. Reigns hits a Superman Punch on Kane. Reigns flies over the top rope and splashes everyone. Big E and Xavier Woods hit the ring and try to roadblock for Kofi to get the briefcase, but Reigns drop kicks both. Reigns grabs Kofi and power bombs him over the ropes onto everyone on the floor.
Reigns spears Orton and climbs the ladder. Reigns almost has it when......Bray Wyatt appears, shoves Reigns off the ladder and hits Sister Abigail. Neville and Sheamus fight on the ladder, where Sheamus pulls Neville by the hair off the ladder. Sheamus grabs the briefcase and wins Money In The Bank.

- Backstage, Paige doesn't understand why none of the other Divas will stand with her in taking down the Bella Twins. Paige says tonight that changes and the Bellas go down.

- "WWE Divas Championship Match": Nikki Bella (c) vs. Paige: Paige unloads early, chasing Nikki to the floor. Paige attacks Nikki on the floor, but Nikki drops Paige face first on the barricade. Nikki rams Paige into the outside apron back first. Back in the ring, Nikki scores a near fall suplex. Back and forth action with Paige hitting a big knee for a near fall. Nikki comes back with a near fall slingshot suplex. Paige unloads knees on the apron, but Nikki is back with a near fall. Paige hits a kick to the face for a near fall. Nikki hits a spinebuster for a near fall. Nikki goes for a corner elbow, but Paige counters with a high knee. Paige applies a submission but Nikki grabs the ropes. Nikki counters the PTO and gets a near fall springboard kick.
Paige counters Rack Attack and nails Ram-Paige, but Nikki kicks out at two. Nikki and Paige both fall off the apron to the floor and we see Brie Bella, under the ring, switch with her sister, with twin magic. It backfires as Paige rolls up Brie, scores the pin and wins the WWE Divas Championship. Or so we thought. Brie reveals herself to the referee as not being Nikki and the referee restarts the match. Paige lays out Brie, but gets hit with Rack Attack from Nikki. Nikki covers, scores the pin and retains the WWE Divas Championship.

- The Miz is in the ring with a microphone. Miz brags about leaving Ohio because you're nothing if you don't live in New York or Los Angeles. Miz says his legal team is working on getting him the match we all want. Miz in a WWE Intercontinental Championship Match.

- "WWE Intercontinental Championship Match": Ryback (c) vs. Big Show: The bell rings and Ryback hits a spine buster, the Meat Hook, goes for Shell Shock, but Show blocks it. Ryback clotheslines Show to the floor and then attacks Miz, who's on commentary. Show is now in control hitting a spear, punches, kicks and a shoulder tackle. Ryback applies an arm bar submission but Show makes it to the ropes. Ryback with a suplex and a splash for a near fall. Ryback goes for the Meat Hook, but Show counters with a choke slam for a near fall. Ryback ducks the Show knockout punch, lands a kick and goes for Shell Shock. Show counters out and lands the knockout punch, sending Ryback to the floor. Show rolls Ryback back in the ring, but Miz slides in the ring and beats on Show and then Ryback, causing the DQ and then runs away. Big Show wins by DQ, but Ryback retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

- "Grudge Match 2": John Cena vs. Kevin Owens: Owens and Cena go back and forth with Owens talking trash. Owens hits a drop kick and a senton for a near fall. Owens counters two Cena shoulder blocks and hits two of his own, a backdrop, a Five Knuckle Shuffle and goes for Cena's AA. Cena counters and applies the STF on Owens. Owens escapes and hits a Codebreaker for a near fall. More back and forth action with Cena blocking the pop up power bomb and slams Owens. Cena hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but Owens counters out of AA and gets a near fall corner cannonball. Cena counters a side slam, but Owens counters that for a near fall.
Cena blocks a Owens top rope maneuver and gets a near fall AA. More back and forth action with Cena countering another pop up power bomb. Owens hits a super kick and gets a near fall. Cena comes back with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Owens dodges the top rope leg drop and hits a power bomb for a near fall. Owens misses the moonsault and Cena hits AA for a near fall. Cena goes for a superplex off the ropes, but Owens counters with an inverted superplex for a near fall. Cena traps Owens in the STF and applies the pressure. Owens escapes and we have more back and forth action.
Cena hits a flipping sunset flip and gets a near fall. Owens is up and hits the pop up power bomb for a near fall. Owens is frustrated as he yells at Cena to stay down. Cena hits the springboard stunner out of nowhere and plants Owens with the AA. Cena covers and scores the pin. After the match, Cena applauds Owens and says he belongs in the WWE. Cena shakes Owens hand, but Owens snaps and kicks Cena in the gut, sending him to the floor. Owens hits Cena with the apron power bomb, laughs and tosses Cena's United States Championship.

- The New Day are in the ring with microphones. They claim Kofi Kingston was robbed earlier and rip on our NCAA National Champion, Ohio State Buckeyes.

- "WWE World Tag Team Championship Match": The New Day (c) vs. Prime Time Players: Big E and Xavier Woods tag in and out and land stomps on Darren Young. Big E with a near fall. The New Day hit a double team move on Young, for another near fall. Big E with a belly to belly on Young for a near fall. Woods unloads on Young, mat wrestles and talks trash to Young. Woods with a near fall. Young starts a come back, but Big E hits a slam for a near fall. Young finally hot tags Titus O'Neil. Titus splashes Big E and clotheslines Woods. Titus with a back breaker and a tackle on Woods for a near fall. Big E spears Young to the floor. Woods rolls up Titus for a near fall. Titus hits Clash Of The Titus and scores the pin. The Prime Time Players are the NEW WWE World Tag Team Champions.

- We find out Bray Wyatt will face Roman Reigns at WWE Battleground in five weeks.

- Backstage, Kane laughs at Rollins cause he's on his own tonight. Stephanie McMahon says it'll all be his fault if he losses the WWE World Title tonight. Triple H tells Rollins to clear his mind and show the world why he is the future of the WWE.

- "WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Ladder Match": Seth Rollins (c) vs. Dean Ambrose: Ambrose and Rollins go back and forth early. Rollins drops knees, hits kicks and counters a move, sending Ambrose into the corner. Out to the floor, Rollins slams Ambrose and sends Ambrose into a ladder. Rollins and Ambrose trade shots on the apron, before Ambrose shoves a ladder into a diving Rollins. Both men climb the ladder and pull each other off. Both men trade shots on the ladder. Ambrose goes for a suplex on the ladder, but Rollins blocks it. Ambrose hits a double underhook on the ladder. Ambrose climbs the ladder, flies and drives an elbow into Rollins. Ambrose climbs the ladder, but Rollins stops him with steel chair shots to the legs. Rollins goes to work on Ambrose's injured legs with kicks, stomps, ladder shots and sandwiching the legs in between the ladder. Rollins applies a figure four around the ring post and another one in the ring. Rollins goes back to work on the legs with steel chair shots. Ambrose goes for a bounce back clothesline, but Rollins shoves the ladder into Ambrose. Ambrose throws a chair at Rollins, crotches Rollins on the ropes and hits a top rope clothesline. Ambrose with punches, chops, a knee and a clothesline. Rollins and Ambrose fight in the aisle where Rollins sends Ambrose into the barricade. Ambrose takes a kick, blocks a kick and hits a clothesline. Rollins escapes Dirty Deeds and runs through the crowd with Ambrose chasing. Ambrose and Rollins fight through the crowd and into the production area. Rollins is back at ringside where Ambrose flies over the barricade and takes out Rollins. Ambrose sets up a ladder bridge from the apron to the announcers table. Rollins goes for a power bomb, but Ambrose counters and back body drops Rollins right through the ladder bridge. Rollins stops Ambrose from climbing the ladder. Ambrose clotheslines Rollins to the floor, then clotheslines himself and Rollins over the Spanish announcers table. Ambrose hits Dirty Deeds on the announcers table.
Ambrose climbs the ladder, but Rollins comes to and hits Ambrose in the leg with a tv monitor. Rollins hits the Pedigree and climbs the ladder. Ambrose stops Rollins and they trade more shots. Rollins kicks Ambrose and sends him outside into the ladder bridge. Rollins hits two barricade power bombs. Rollins stacks chairs and ladders and power bombs Ambrose on the pile. Rollins climbs the ladder, but Ambrose stops him. Both men grab the title and fall off the ladder with the title. Rollins lands clutching the title and is declared the winner and still WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Money In The Bank closes out with Triple H appearing, raising Seth Rollins' hand in victory and talking trash to Ambrose.
