- The Dallas Cowboys place Tony Romo on the injured reserve/designed for return list. The Cowboys traded a 2017 5th round pick in exchange for Matt Cassel and a 7th round draft pick. The Bills saved $1.7M in cap space by trading QB Matt Cassel to the Cowboys.
