This week's NXT took place at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. Austin Aries and his Mystery Partner took on Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy in tag team action. Carmella battled Peyton Royce in one on one women's division action. Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano battled Rob Ryzin and Danny Burch in tag team action. Bayley went one on one against Nia Jax in women's division action, in the main event.

*** NXT ***

- Austin Aries and ???? vs. Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy: Aries arrives and announced Shinsuke Nakamura as his tag team partner tonight. The match closes out with Aries tagging in Nakamura and Nakamura cleans house. Nakamura hits an inverted exploder suplex and Aries wants to be tagged back in. Nakamura ignores Aries' request and hits the Kinsasha for the pinfall. After the match, Alexa Bliss has had enough of Blake and Murphy losing and walks out on them. Blake hesitates for a moment and then walks out on Murphy.
Winners: Austin Aries and Shinsuke Nakamura, by pinfall.

- Backstage, Bayley says she's going to defeat Nia Jax tonight and prove to Nia that she just can't bully her way into getting her way.

- Carmella vs. Peyton Royce: The match closes out with Peyton hitting the Three Amigos followed by a Fisherman Suplex on Carmella. Carmella goes on the offense and unloads on Peyton with a Thesz Press, a hurricanrana, a superkick, a Bronco Buster and a reverse STO. Carmella locks Peyton in the Inverted Triangle Choke submission and forces Peyton to tap out.
Winner: Carmella, by submission.

- Backstage, Alexa Bliss tells Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy that tonight was the last straw, she's going after the NXT Women's Championship without them.

- Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano vs. Rob Ryzin and Danny Burch: The match closes out with Gargano getting the hot tag and cleans house. Gargano drills Ryzin with the slingshot spear, setting up the double team knee/superkick combo finisher for the pinfall.
Winners: Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano, by pinfall.

- NXT GM William Regal announces the NXT World Tag Team Champions, Jason Jordan and Chad Gable will defend their titles against Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder at Takeover.

- Bayley vs. Nia Jax: The match closes out with Nia dropping Bayley with a spine buster and gets a near fall. Nia charges Bayley and kisses the turnbuckle as Bayley moves. Bayley grabs Nia and locks in the Guillotine Choke submission. Nia tries to fight out of it so Bayley plants Nia with a DDT. Bayley appeared to have injured her leg bad on the DDT and Nia immediately targets the leg. Nia drops a leg drop on Bayley's injured leg and then another leg drop on the back of Bayley's head. Nia covers and scores the pinfall.
Winner: Nia Jax, by pinfall.
