Names off some Japanese wrestlers that he considers heroes. Came to Japan in the past to show he was fearless and to win titles. Doesn't know much about Sakamoto so MVP isn't impressed with him but Sakamoto will be impressed with MVP tonight.

The action spills outside as Abyss and Bully brawl on the floor and Dreamer and Devon brawl into the crowd. Bully grabs a steel chair and unloads on Abyss. Bully rings the ring bell on Abyss' groin. Weapons fill the ring and things are really getting "hardcore" now. Abyss choke slams Devon but Devon kicks out at two. Abyss plants Bully with the "Black Hole Slam" but Bully kicks out at two. Abyss goes for a sit down splash on Devon but Devon turns a steel chair side ways and Abyss takes another groin shot. Dreamer goes for a superplex on Devon but Bully hits Dreamer with a trash can. - "TNA Knockouts Championship Match": Havok (c) vs. Velvet Sky: Sky lands strikes, clotheslines and top rope axehandles on Havok, staggering the champ. Sky goes for a cross body but Havok catches Sky and slams her. Havok works on Sky's back and locks in a bearhug. Havok goes for a leg drop off the ropes but Sky moves. Sky lands clotheslines again staggering the champ and finally takes Havok down with a head scissor. Sky climbs the ropes and leaps at Havok. Havok catches Sky and applies another bearhug. Havok squeezes the life out of Sky as Sky gives in and taps out. Havok retains the TNA Knockouts Title.

- Backstage Segment with James Storm: Storm is sitting in a church pew. Says that even in Japan people come here for guidance. Senada learned that Storm's way was the righteous way. They will take down Tajiri and Muta and there is always room for one more.

- Yoshihiro Tajiri and The Great Muta vs. The Great Sanada and James Storm: Mentor and Student started the match, as Sanada and Muta locked up. Sanada and Muta showcased some great mat wrestling. Tajiri and Sanada end up under the ring at one point and when they emerge Tajiri has blue mist in his face and Sanada now has offensive control. Senada and Storm tag in and out and work over Tajiri. Tajiri lands a springboard elbow and hot tags Muta. Muta unloaded on Sanada, tossing him to the floor, tossing him into the railing, hitting Sanada with a chair and choking Sanada with a tv camera wire. Back in the ring, Sanada hits a moonsault on Muta for the pin attempt but Tajiri breaks the pinfall. Tajiri sends Storm over the ropes and onto the ramp and hits Sanada with a kick to the head. Tajiri gets shoved into the referee by Sanada. Sanada comes off the top rope but gets mist in the eyes from both Tajiri and Muta. Tajiri hits the knock out kick on Sanada and Muta follows up with the shining wizard. Cover and the pinfall for Tajiri and Muta. After the match Manik hits the ring and joins Storm and Sanada in beating down Tajiri and Muta. Storm chokes Muta with a bullrope until Team 3D hit the ring and make the save. Team 3D clear the ring and celebrate with the Japanese fans as Bound For Glory ends.

And that was last night's show. Unfortunately I've read a lot of negative reviews about this pay per view. No TNA World Title Match, a lot of wrestlers that the TNA audience wasn't familiar with, there were a lot of empty seats in the arena and having Muta/Tajiri vs Storm/Senada main event didn't sit well with some fans.

That's a wrap, till next time tap or snap.

TNA Bound For Glory Preview #TNA #BFG

By @BSA1978

TNA Bound For Glory, taking place at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. This event is TNA's first ever pay per view to take place in Japan. TNA partnered with Japan's Wrestle-1 organization to make this pay per view possible. There will be a nice mixer of TNA and W-1 talent on tonight's card. TNA will not be defending the TNA World Title on tonight's card which is always a staple for pay per view cards. TNA and W-1 have promised to deliver with the TNA talent we know and get a look at some of what Japan has to offer with their W-1 talent. Here is tonight's card:

- The Great Muta and Yoshihiro Tajiri vs James Storm and The Great Sanada: James Storm insulted The Great Muta, calling him a horrible mentor towards Sanada. Sanada defended Muta's honor only to turn on his mentor and join with Storm. Storm created his own stable of men, has trained them as his own students and re-debuted Sanada as The Great Sanada. Yoshihiro Tajiri arrived in TNA to join in the battle, siding with his friend Muta. This match is being advertised in Japan as the main event.

- Team 3D's TNA Hall of Fame induction ceremony: One of the greatest tag teams in wrestling history will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame, Team 3D, Bully Ray and Devon. Counting ECW, WCW, WWE, TNA and New Japan, Team 3D are 23 time World Tag Team Champions. Like I said one of the greatest tag teams of all time!

- "Hardcore Match": Tommy Dreamer and Abyss vs. Team 3D: After Team 3D is enshrined in the TNA Hall of Fame, they will get hardcore. Team 3D will take on their best friend and fellow ECW alumni, Tommy Dreamer and his partner TNA's king of hardcore, Abyss.

- "TNA X-Division Championship": Samoa Joe vs. Low Ki vs. Kaz Hayashi: The first of two title defenses on the card. The Samoan Submission Machine, Samoa Joe renews his rivalry with a man that he's had many wars with, Low Ki. Mixed in is W-1's own, Kaz Hayashi. Hayashi is a two time New Japan World Junior Heavyweight Champion and is looking to add his first TNA X-Division Championship to his resume.

- Ethan Carter III vs Ryota Hama: ECIII claims to have done it all and beaten all the legends who have stood in his way. Hama an ex-sumo wrestler is next up for ECIII to face. Hama was the fastest to win Japan's Triple Crown Championship. Hama looks to continue his wrestling legacy, ECIII looks to continue to make a name for himself by defeating an ex-sumo wrestler.

- "TNA Knockouts Championship": Havok (c) vs Velvet Sky: The second TNA title match will see the Knockouts in action. Havok, has been destroying every knockout to get in her path, even putting down former champ, Gail Kim, with a separated shoulder. Velvet Sky of the Beautiful People looks to finally derail the Havok Express and take home the title.

- MVP vs. Kazma Sakamoto: The biggest mouth in TNA, MVP, is in singles action tonight. Kazma Sakamoto will represent W-1 in this match. Sakamoto has a mixed arsenal of power and submission moves and is best known for his tag team wrestling. Sakamoto is a four time Strongest-K Tag Team Champion. Can Sakamoto shut MVP up once and for all?

- Manik vs. Minoru Tanaka: Manik, another recruit of James Storm's stable takes on Minoru Tanaka, representing W-1, in singles action. Tanaka is a veteran of the sport and is a four time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and a five time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion. In a upstart vs veteran battle who will come out on top?

- Andy Wu and Hijo Del Pantera vs Kuroshio Ikemen Jiro and Yusuke Kodama: W-1 will be showcasing four wrestlers from their roster in this tag team match. If you're into Japanese wrestling or want to get a look at how important Japan sees their wrestling, than this match is a must see.

And that's the card for this year's TNA Bound For Glory. Come back on Monday afternoon as I will have the BFG recap.

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon 8.28.14: TNA Impact

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon is here with your TNA news and Impact recap. As always this is brought to you by Triple Threat Podcast.

TNA might have found themselves a new tv deal in the works. Discovery's Velocity Network have shown interest with running TNA on their channel. The bad news, however, is Velocity is only available in HD and available in less than 50 million homes. TNA would have to make some major production and talent cuts and that could turn out to be the final nail in TNA's coffin.

- Sources have stated this past week that Bully Ray has wrestled his last match with TNA. Bully Ray's contract has expired and he has shown no interest in resigning.

- Rumors circulated this past week, stating that TNA's Kurt Angle had been trying to get a deal with WWE. WWE COO, Triple H, has shown no interest in resigning Angle due to his constant injury status. Angle then went over Triple H's head and asked the man himself, Vince McMahon, for a new deal. Vince stated that Triple H deals with the talent now. This angered Triple H and may have ruined Angle's chances for getting back in the WWE for trying to go over his head and asking Vince.
Alright let's get to this week's TNA Impact recap for the week.

- TNA Impact kicked off from New York City with Kurt Angle in the ring cutting a promo. Angle talks about tonight's show when out comes MVP, Bobby Lashley and Kenny King. - Tommy Dreamer vs Bobby Lashley: Dreamer gets a couple kendo stick shots in on Lashley. King tries to interfere but Dreamer drops him. Dreamer goes for another kendo stick shot but gets speared by Lashley for the pinfall.

- "#1 Contender’s Match for the TNA Knockouts Championship": Madison Rayne vs Taryn Terrell: Rayne tries to cheat and use the ropes for leverage on a pin but the referee busts her. Rayne and the referee argue then Rayne charges at Terrell. Terrell lands a diving cutter on Rayne for the pinfall.

- Backstage Segment: Gunner and Samuel Shaw are in Gunner's apartment. Gunner and Shaw talk about what happened with Mr. Anderson and Gunner tells Shaw to let it go. Shaw tries on one of his military uniforms and Gunner catches him. Shaw salutes Gunner, Gunner tells him to take it off or he'll take it off for him.

- "Six Man Tag Match": Tigre Uno, Crazzy Steve and Low Ki vs Manik, DJ Z and Homicide: Low Ki hits a springboard thrust kick and hits the "ki krusher" to score the pinfall for his team.

Eric Young comes to the ring. Roode and EY talk about their history in TNA together. Roode and EY talk each other up with compliments and promise to put on one hell of a match next week.

- Ethan Carter III (w/ Rockstar Spud) vs Rhino: Rhino goes for the gore but Spud grabs his leg. The referee tries to get rid of Spud as ECIII low blows Rhino. Rhino kicks out and goes for another gore but Spud again grabs his leg. Rhino knocks Spud out as ECIII grabs a chair. ECIII gets himself DQ'ed with a chair shot to Rhino.

- In Ring Segment: James Storm cuts a promo in the ring. Storm says he is the leader of a revolution and will lead men who need a reawakening. He intros the first of many, The Great Sanada.

- The Great Sanada (w/James Storm) vs Austin Aries: Aries climbs the ropes but Storm shakes them, causing Aries to lose his balance. The referee argues with Storm as Sanada sprays mist into Aries eyes. Sanada hits a super kick on Aries to score the pinfall.

- In Ring Segment: Kurt Angle welcomes former armed forces officer, Chris Melendez to the ring. Melendez will be competing in TNA. Mr. Anderson talks about meeting Melendez for the first time. Bully Ray and Devon talk about training Melendez and officially welcome Melendez to TNA.

- "TNA Tag Team Series": The Hardys vs Team 3D vs The Wolves: Davey Richards kicks Matt in the head and climbs the ropes. Matt dodges the double stomp and hits "Twist Of Fate". Matt gets pulled outside by Bully Ray but Jeff hits the swanton bomb. Jeff covers but the pin is broken up. Team 3D hit the "Death Drop" and cover for the pinfall. Team 3D takes the first fall in the tag team series. Team 3D celebrates as Impact closes out.

And that wraps up this week's addition of TNA impact recap. I will be back next Thursday afternoon for more TNA news and Impact recap action. Till then, tap or snap.

Tommy Dreamer and ECIII start off the match. Devon and Rhino after that, Bully Ray and Snitsky third and finally Zeke Jackson and the mystery man. The mystery man was Al Snow, which started the "We want head" chants from the crowd. A lot of weapons and violence in this match. The ECW alumni score the pinfall as Team 3D hit Rhino with the "3D". After the match Bully is on the hunt for Dixie Carter. Dixie still says she won't go through a table because she has MMA fighter King Mo watching her back. Dixie promises Mo will knock out Bully tonight.

- Angelina Love cuts a promo. Angelina makes fun of Taryn Terrell and demands a TNA Knockout Title Match right now. Tarrell arrives and
calls Love a ho. Love disagrees as Gail Kim arrives. Kim says Tarrell will get a shot at Love and asks Velvet Sky how she likes being Angelina's second fiddle. We'll have a match between the four next week.

- Sanada vs. Low Ki vs. Samoa Joe for the vacant X Division Title. Before the match Sanada again bows to his new mentor, James Storm. Joe makes Sanada tap out to the choke hold. Samoa Joe is the NEW TNA X Division Champion. Many near falls broken up in this match.

- Team Dixie comes to the ring to cut a promo. Dixie fires everyone on Team Dixie for losing their match earlier. Her temper tantrum is interrupted by Bully Ray, Devon and Tommy Dreamer, with table in hand. King Mo hits Dreamer and we have a brawl. Bully steps in and knocks Mo out. Rockstar Spud saved Dixie and they escaped from the ring. The TNA locker room arrive and block Dixie from escaping any further. Dreamer grabs Dixie and tosses her back into the ring. The table is set, Devon hands Bully Dixie as he's perched on the ropes and FINALLY "Bully Bombs" Dixie right through the table. The fans erupt and we have a huge celebration in the ring with Team 3D and Dreamer as Impact closes out.

And that wraps up this week's edition of TNA Impact recap. I will get back next Friday afternoon for another edition. Until then, tap or snap.

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon,7.11.14: TNA Impact

It's Friday afternoon and I'm back for the TNA Impact recap. TNA Impact took place in Bethelem, Pennsylvania this week. Last week, Kurt Angle announced that every title except for the TNA World Title would be on the line on Impact. Angle also announced a 20 man battle royal to determine a new #1 Contender to Bobby Lashley's TNA World Title. Let's get this week's Impact recap started.

- Impact kicked off with wrestling's only Olympic Gold Medalist and current man in charge, Kurt Angle. Angle again runs down tonight's huge card and promises the winner of tonight's 20 man battle royal will get their shot at TNA World Champion, Bobby Lashley, next week on Impact in New York City. Kurt Angle next calls out Jeff "Willow" Hardy to the ring. Hardy comes to the ring dressed as his "Willow" character. Angle mentions that "Willow" is in tonight's battle royal, however, Angle would like to see Jeff Hardy compete as Jeff Hardy and not in his "Willow" character. Angle felt that "Willow" was a way for Hardy to let out his anger on MVP and Dixie. Angle assured him he didn't need to worry anymore. Jeff Hardy accepts Angle's wishes and shakes his hand.

- "TNA World Tag Team Championship Match": The Wolves (c) vs Magnus and Bram. Eddie Edwards scores a rollup pinfall on Bram to retain the tag team titles. After the match, Bram flips out because he lost and attacks Edwards and Davey Richards. Magnus finally pulls Bram off The Wolves and drags him out.

- Bobby Roode cuts a promo in the next segment. Roode talks about MVP suspending him, how MVP is not his boss anymore and how last week he wanted a match against MVP but MVP hid behind his doctor's note. Roode gives MVP to the count of 10 to come out or else he'll go looking for him. MVP appears on the ramp in a wheelchair and blames Roode for his leg still being injured because it was almost healed before Roode attacked him, re-injuring it. Roode doesn't care as he heads up the ramp to get MVP. Kenny King runs out but gets laid out by Roode. Roode rolls MVP to the ring and dumps him out of his wheelchair. Kenny King hits a chair shot on Roode from behind and sets Roode up for free shots from MVP. Eric Young hits the ring and brawls with King. EY goes for MVP but eats a spear from Bobby Lashley, who arrived for the save.

- "TNA X-Division Championship Match": Sanada (c) vs Austin Aries. Aries hits the 450 splash on Sanada to score the pinfall. Aries is the NEW TNA X-Division Champion. Aries now will have the chance to cash in the TNA X-Division Title for a TNA World Title Match at a later date.

- Bully Ray cuts a promo in the next segment. Bully says he thought Rhino was his friend and he wanted answers on why he turned on him last week. Rhino comes out with Rockstar Spud and Ethan Carter III. Rhino accuses Bully of being a con man who has conned everyone he's worked with. Bully says Rhino solded out cause of jealousy, Rhino is responsible for all the screw ups in his own career and Rhino was once hardcore but now he's a bitch. Ethan Carter III tells Bully the reason Rhino is here is because his family needs money and he will supply it for him every week just to beat up Bully Ray. Bully threatens to take out ECIII but gets a "Gore" from Rhino. The trio attack Bully until Tommy Dreamer hits the ring with a Singapore cane in his hand. Dreamer smacked it over Rhino's skull and chases the trio from the ring.

- "TNA Knockouts Championship Match, Fatal 4 Way": Gail Kim (c) vs Angelina Love vs Brittany vs Madison Rayne. Everyone hits big moves on each other setting up Gail Kim. Kim hits "Eat Defeat" on Angelina for the pinfall. Gail Kim retains her TNA Knockouts Title.

- "20 Man Battle Royal, #1 Contenders Match":The final four come down to Bobby Roode, Kenny King, Jeff Hardy and Eric Young. MVP hits Roode with his crutch, King tosses Roode out. EY rushes in and dumps King out and we're left with EY and Hardy as the final two. EY charges at Hardy and sails over the ropes as Hardy dodges. EY hangs onto the ropes and is still in. Hardy hits a missile drop kick sending EY to the floor. Jeff Hardy wins the TNA World Title shot next week. Hardy is interviewed after the match and gets interrupted by TNA World Champion, Bobby Lashley. Hardy and Lashley have a stare down as Impact comes to a close.

And that wraps up this edition of TNA Impact recap for this week. I'm looking forward to the Hardy vs Lashley match next week. Be sure to check back next Friday for the TNA Impact recap and read the highlights. Until then tap or snap.

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, 7.4.14: TNA Impact

IT'S REAL.....IT'S DAMN REAL!!!

Olympic Gold Medalist, Kurt Angle, made his return to a full time TNA TV spot last week. How is that possible you say? Considering Angle is on the sidelines after having surgery on his leg a month and a half ago? TNA Board of Directors made the decision to strip MVP of all his powers of running TNA. Which opened the door for wrestling's only Olympic Gold Medalist, Kurt Angle, to be promoted by the BOD's as the new sheriff in town. Angle wasted no time in getting comfortable with his new job. Angle reinstated the recently permanently suspended Bobby Roode and gave Eric Young his rematch against Bobby Lashley for the TNA World Title. What other surprises will Kurt Angle have in store for us? Keep reading my weekly recaps and I'll keep you informed.

Today's Wrestling Lockup with Brandon is brought to you by Triple Threat Podcast. In this edition it's the TNA Impact recap edition. Let's get things started.

- TNA Impact kicked off from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with the man I just mentioned above, the new sheriff in town, Kurt Angle. Angle promises he will be fair and is just as happy as the fans are that there are no more power hungry people running TNA. Angle reinstated referee Earl Hebner then runs down tonight's card. Samoa Joe comes out and he looks mad. Joe accuses Angle of taking his new job just so he can give himself a TNA World Title Match when he's 100%. Angle tells Joe that Joe has nights when he gives his all and nights when he half asses his job, but Angle gives his all everyday. Joe talks about busting his ass every night on the independent scene and promises Angle he's going to see a new ruthless Joe and will be sorry he asked for it.

- MVP distracted Bobby Roode backstage allowing Kenny King to jump him from behind. Angle apologizes to Roode for it happening on his watch.

- " Triple Threat Match: TNA World Tag Team Championship": The Wolves (c) vs The BroMans vs The Menagerie. The Wolves hit their double team finisher to retain the tag team titles.

- Kurt Angle announced MVP vs Bobby Roode later. MVP reminds him he can't fight cause he's injured. Angle changes it to Kenny King vs Bobby Roode in a "Street Fight Match".

- "Street Fight Match": Bobby Roode vs Kenny King. Match Highlights: Roode owns King early just beating him all over the arena. King gets a trash can shot in but Roode is unstoppable it seems. Roode tosses King over the balcony to the section below. The match is officially started as both men are in the ring.
King goes for the "Royal Flush" on a chair but Roode counters with the "Roode Bomb" on the chair for the pinfall.

- Kurt Angle gives Austin Aries an X-Division Title Match next week, after Aries says how MVP roadblocked him every week. Aries wants to prove he can win it so he can earn the TNA World Title shot in the future.

- Brittany calls out Madison Rayne to apologize for her past mistakes. The ladies cut promos on each other. The ladies hug it and all is good until Brittany short arm clotheslines Rayne, turning on her. Brittany punts Rayne in the ribs and leaves her laid out.

- "Tables Match": Ethan Carter III vs Bully Ray. Bully sets ECIII up for a power bomb through the table but Rockstar Spud interferes and stops it. Spud and ECIII double team Bully until Rhino returns to TNA and hits the ring. Rhino sets Spud up for the "Gore" but fools us all and "Gores" Bully Ray instead. The fans chant "you sold out" to Rhino as ECIII puts Bully through a table for the win with a spine buster.

- Bobby Roode gives Eric Young a pep talk and will be in EY's corner tonight in his TNA World Title Match.

- Gunner, now Samuel Shaw's sponsor, encourages Shaw to change his life. Shaw starts by apologizing to his past nemesis Mr. Anderson and Christy Hemme. Both don't look impressed by Shaw.

- The Beautiful People try to sexually encourage referee Brian Stiffler to call the match for Angelina tonight in her title defense. Kurt Angle takes Stiffler out and puts Brian Hebner in.

- Knux yells at his carnival freak show buddies to start winning because he owes his loan shark money.

- "Knockouts Title Match": Angelina Love (c) vs Gail Kim. Velvet Sky gets kicked out from ringside after trying to interfere. Love hits "Botox Injection" but Kim falls to the floor. Instead of winning by countout, Love throws Kim back in the ring. Love goes for a second "Botox Injection" but Kim counters with "Eat Defeat" and scores the pinfall. Gail Kim is the NEW TNA Knockouts Champion.

- Kurt Angle announced that every title except the World Title will be on the line next week and a 20 man battle royal will determine the #1 Contender to the World Title.

- "TNA World Title Match": Bobby Lashley (c) vs Eric Young. MVP gets ejected from the match for trying to grab EY. Bobby Roode also gets ejected leaving it a one on one match. Lashley sent EY over the ropes and it looked like EY hurt his leg. EY goes for the piledriver but his hurt leg gives out. Lashley hits the powerslam for the pinfall to retain the TNA World Title. Lashley celebrates as Impact comes to an end.

And that wraps up TNA Impact recap. I'll be back next Friday afternoon for another recap of TNA Impact. Till then tap or snap.

Dixie Carter went to Twitter herself and made the following announcement: “After the success of #Slammiversary, I want to address @TheTommyDreamer. Samoa Joe, Austin Aries, Eric Young, Bully Ray and The Wolves seem to have formed an alliance in their war with Dixie Carter, Ethan Carter III, Rockstar Spud, MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley. Magnus and Bram still are at odds with each other in their feud with Jeff "Willow" Hardy. The Menagerie freak show returned to wreck havoc on The BroMans. Madison Rayne demanded her rematch against Angelina Love for the TNA Knockouts Title. Let's recap this week's episode.

Highlights of Impact:
- Samoa Joe kicked off Impact in the ring telling MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley that they can stop looking for him cause he's bringing the fight to them. The Power Trio come to the ring and trade insults with Joe about power, greed and disrespect. Joe wants to fight all three of them tonight. Austin Aries comes to the ring and backs up Joe, and tells MVP he only wants to fight when it's in his favor. MVP makes a career match tonight between Samoa Joe and Austin Aries. If Joe wins he gets his job back but Aries will be fired if he loses.
- Dixie Carter tells MVP he's out of line for making Joe and Aries fight with their jobs on the line. MVP says he can do whatever he wants cause he's in charge.
- Samoa Joe faces Austin Aries with their jobs on the line. Eric Young comes out and tells the referee to do the right thing and not cost Joe or Aries their careers. The referee doesn't listen and continues officiating. Bully Ray comes to the ring and knocks out the referee. MVP comes to the ring and says they can't do this. Bully and EY say they just did the right thing to do. Bully Ray then challenges MVP, King, Lashley and Ethan Carter III to a "First Blood Match" against Bully, EY, Austin and Joe. King accepts the challenge without MVP's permission. MVP didn't seem too happy with King.
- Jeff "Willow" Hardy and Bram go one on one. Bram goes to use a crowbar on Hardy but Magnus stops Bram. Magnus however uses the weapon to beat Hardy with. Looks like Bram and Magnus are finally on the same page.
- MVP makes The Wolves, Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards face each other after The Wolves call MVP a liar and a puppet master. MVP says they should be thanking him for getting The Wolves jobs. Edwards defeats Richards however Kenny King comes out and threatened to take their tag titles because it didn't look like they were trying to hurt each other. The Wolves attack King in return.
- Mr. Anderson, dressed in cowboy gear mocks James Storm. James Storm comes out and trades words with Anderson before getting into another altercation. Storm hits "The Last Call" on Anderson then challenges him to a match at Slammiversary.
- Madison Rayne gets her Knockouts Title rematch however comes up short as Angelina Love cheats again as Velvet Sky sprays hair spray in Rayne's eyes allowing Love to grab a roll up pin.
- The Menagerie freak show faction attack The BroMans again.
- The "First Blood Match" is our main event of the evening. Team Bully Ray picks up the win as Bully beats the hell out of ECIII with a chain, busting him open. After the match, MVP, King and Lashley beat the hell out of ECIII backstage. Dixie Carter arrives and tells MVP he's gone too far and just started a war that he'll want no part of. And that closed out the show for this week.

Quick Match Results:
- Willow def. Bram by DQ.
- Eddie Edwards def. Davey Richards by pin.
- Samoa Joe vs Austin Aries ends in a no contest.
- TNA Knockout Title: Angelina Love (c) def. Madison Rayne by pin.
- "First Blood Match" Team Bully def. Team MVP after ECIII gets busted open.

Other News:
- Abyss has just topped a milestone in the company. Abyss, as of June 2nd has held the TNA TV Title for over a year now. Funny thing is TNA have not had him defend it or have not even mentioned anything about what happen to the Title.

- "Texas Death Match": Bully Ray vs. EC3
- TNA Knockouts Title: Angelina Love (c) vs. Gail Kim

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, 5.30.14: TNA Impact

What's up gang, it's Friday and it's time for the TNA Impact recap for the week. Incase you missed last weeks episode of Impact, you really didn't miss much except the newly formed faction of MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley dominating the show. The trio took out The Wolves, Eric Young, Austin Aries and Bully Ray throughout different parts of the show. Ethan Carter III put Bully Ray through a table as Dixie Carter continued being the thorn in Bully's side. Mr. Anderson attacked James Storm during their beer drinking contest. Angelina Love continued to stay one step ahead of Gail Kim and still more friction between Magnus and Bram in their feud with Jeff "Willow" Hardy. Let's get this weeks recap started.

- MVP, King and Lashley defeated The Wolves and Austin Aries in a six man tag that was set up after the earlier brawl.
- Dixie Carter and Ethan Carter III come out to the ring. Dixie has unfinished business with MVP after they were interrupted last week. MVP, King and Lashley enter the ring where we see Dixie and MVP argue about power. Eric Young and Bully Ray interrupt. MVP announces EY vs. Bully with EC3 as the special referee for the main event.
- Brittany calls out Madison Rayne after losing a tag match to The Beautiful People. Brittany and Rayne begin to argue as The Beautiful People, Angelina Love and Velvet Sky, come out and make fun of the two arguing knockouts. Brittany announces that she wants Angelina Love next week in a rematch for the TNA Knockouts Title.
- Bully Ray vs. Eric Young ended in a no contest when Bully attacked EC3. MVP, King and Lashley hit the ring and beat down Bully and EY. The Samoan Submission Machine, Samoa Joe, makes his return to TNA. Joe hits the ring for the save and helps Bully and EY chase out the power trio to close out Impact.

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, 5.23.14: TNA Impact

What's up gang, it's Friday afternoon and it's time for the TNA Impact recap. Last week on Impact, we saw a new alliance formed as MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley attacked TNA World Champion, Eric Young. Bully Ray broke into Dixie Carter's house looking for revenge for what happened at TNA Sacrifice, only to be knocked out by Ethan Carter III. Gail Kim challenged The Beautiful People and was left laid out by Angelina Love. Jeff "Willow" Hardy continued his feud with Magnus and Bram. Magnus and Bram continued arguing with each other as things didn't go Bram's way. What would this week hold as TNA Slammiversary gets closer.

Highlights of Impact:
- Impact kicked off explosively tonight! The new faction of MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley cut promos about power and how stupid the fans are. The Wolves, MVP's old running buddies, arrive and all hell breaks loose as we have a brawl. Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards hold their own for a bit but eventually the 3 on 2 disadvantage bites them. Lashley spears the hell out of Edwards then spears Richards off the stage and through a table. Eddie Edwards returned for round 2 later in the evening alone as Davey Richards was injured in the opening attack. Edwards failed alone as he was laid out by Kenny King.
- MVP, King and Lashley's night was far from over as TNA World Champion, Eric Young, was still on the hunt for the newly formed faction. Young confronted the three men and another fight breaks out. Austin Aries hits the ring for back up for EY. Austin Aries would face MVP later tonight.
- Austin Aries battled MVP. The match ends in a DQ as Lashley and King hit the ring. Aries gets beat down till Eric Young hits the ring for the save. Young however gets beat down and is told by MVP he's fighting Lashley in the main event.
- Dixie Carter and Ethan Carter III arrive and confront MVP. Carter is here because she feels MVP is abusing his power. Bully Ray, who was banned from the arena, arrives with a weapon in hand, forcing Dixie and EC3 to quickly exit the ring. Bully suffers a 3 on 1 beat down from MVP, King and Lashley as Dixie looks on. Bully then gets put through a table by EC3 and Dixie stands over Bully's body, still fearing no one.
- Angelina Love threw out an open challenge to any Knockout in the locker room for a TNA Knockout Title Match. Brittany answered the challenge but came up short as Love took the win with Velvet Sky's help. Love and Sky humiliate Brittnay after the match with their trademarked lip stick smear and brown paper bag over the head routine. Gail Kim hits the ring and makes the save.
- Jeff "Willow" Hardy faced Magnus in a "Last Man Standing Match" continuing their feud. Hardy wins as Bram is disgusted with Magnus losing again.
- James Storm and Mr. Anderson had a beer drinking contest. Anderson who was secretly drinking non-alcoholic beer ends up attacking Storm once Storm was drunk enough to attack and lays him out.
- Eric Young battled Bobby Lashley in the main event. Lashley picks up the win. Young gets beat down again by the trio till Austin Aries tries to make the save. Aries ends up getting beat down again too. Impact ends with MVP, King and Lashley celebrating as they dominated the whole show.

Quick Match Results:
- TNA Knockouts Title: Angelina Love (c) def. Brittany by pin.
- Austin Aries def. MVP by DQ.
- "Last Man Standing Match": Jeff "Willow" Hardy def. Magnus by pin.
- Bobby Lashley def. Eric Young by pin.

Twitter Corner:
- Bobby Roode sent out a tweet this week about his current suspension by MVP. Roode tweeted "Week 2 of my Bull S*** suspension.... @The305MVP you do realize, you can't keep me gone forever......." Roode looks like a man on a mission and has his sights set on the current money man of TNA.
- Dixie Carter tweeted out her comments on tonight after the show on Twitter with the following. "@REALBully5150 must REALLY love tables… he went through another one." I'm sure Bully has revenge on his mind, and a table with Dixie and Ethan's names on it.

That will wrap this week's recap of TNA Impact up. I will be back next Friday afternoon with another TNA Impact recap. Wrestling Lockup With Brandon, 5.2.14: TNA Impact

What's up gang?! Welcome to another edition of Wrestling Lockup with Brandon. It's TNA Impact recap Friday in this edition. Last night was the first Impact episode following TNA's Sacrifice pay per view on Sunday. What's next for Eric Young as he successfully defended his TNA World Title against Magnus? How will Bully Ray retaliate on Dixie Carter after Dixie cost him his "Tables Match" against Bobby Roode? I'll be recapping those and recapping possible new feuds in the making that began last night. TNA's next major pay per view will be TNA Slammiversary XII, which will take place on June 15, 2014 at the College Park Center in Arlington, Texas. Let's get things started on this edition.

Highlights of Impact:
- MVP plays a card game with Bobby Roode, Mr. Anderson and Gunner. Two low cards wrestle and the high card faces the winner of the two low cards. The winner of this mini tournament would meet Eric Young for the TNA World Title in the main event. Gunner and Mr. Anderson drew low cards and faced off first. Bobby Roode would go on to win and advance to meet EY later.
- Magnus and Abyss' feud continued as Abyss attacked Magnus while he was cutting a promo about not being included in MVP's game. Magnus escaped as Abyss went to get "Janice" to use.
- Bully Ray's feud with Dixie Carter heated up as Bully brought out a table with "Dixie" written on it. Bully promised to put Dixie through it. Dixie with security in toll came out and sat on the "Dixie" table and cut a promo on how she put Bully through a table at Sacrifice. Bully takes out Dixie's security and goes to put her through the table. MVP makes the save for Dixie and bans both Dixie and Bully from the building. Bully said he was going to the next logical place....Nashville.
- ECIII finally grows a set and challenges Kurt Angle to a match next week.
- Mr. Anderson and James Storm look to be moving toward a feud as they got involved in each other's matches.
- The Beautiful People celebrate Angelina Love's Knockouts Title victory at Sacrifice by teasing a strip tease. Gail Kim, Brittney and Madison Rayne show up and fullfill the male fans fantasy by stripping Love and Sky out of their dresses.
- Eric Young continued on as the underdog fighting champion. EY faced Bobby Roode in the main event and scored a clean pin to close out the show.

Quick Match Results:
- "Endurance Match": Gunner def. Mr. Anderson by pin after James Storm interferes.
- "Endurance Match 2": Bobby Roode def. Gunner by pin.
- Willow def. James Storm by DQ after Mr. Anderson interferes.
- Sanada and The Wolves def. The Bromans and DJ Z by pin.
- TNA World Title Match: Eric Young (c) def. Bobby Roode by pin to retain the TNA World Title.

TNA News and Rumors:
- TNA Wrestling’s next On Demand “One Night Only” show to premiere on pay-per-view will be “Joker’s Wild 2″ on Friday, May 9, 2014
- Though unofficially announced yet, the main event of TNA Slammiversary is being rumored to be TNA World Champion Eric Young defending the title against MVP. I love the fact that they let Eric Young run with the TNA World Title considering he's been with the company for so long, however, if this match happens I predict MVP walks out the new champ as TNA will build MVP as a Triple H type character.
- Another big name star may be on his way out soon as Kazarian's contract expires shortly. TNA has yet to offer Kazarian a new one and his contract will end the second week of May. Kazarian will join Sting, AJ Styles, Chris Sabin and Christopher Daniels on the list of talent that has exited TNA. My prediction on this is Styles, Kazarian, Daniels and Sabin I think will all end up in Jeff Jarrett's GFW promotion.

And that's a wrap my friends I will be back next Friday for another TNA Impact recap of the show and news going on within the company. Till then tap or snap.

Wrestling Lockup With Brandon, 4.28.14: TNA Sacrifice 2014

Welcome everyone to a pay per view only special edition of Wrestling Lockup with Brandon.

Last night TNA held their 9th Annual Sacrifice pay per view, live at The Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida. Newly crowned TNA World Champion "EY" Eric Young defended his title in the main event against former champion, Magnus. We saw the return of Kurt Angle in tag team action, teaming with Jeff Hardy's alter ego, Willow. Current and former Beautiful People members met with the TNA Knockouts Title on the line. All that and many other highlights. So lets get down to business and get this review started, shall we?!

- "Handicap Match" for the TNA Tag Team Titles: DJ Z and The Bro Mans (c) vs The Wolves. Before the match begins it's announced that MVP has made this match a "No DQ Match". This new stipulation almost costs The Wolves early as DJ Z uses laptops on The Wolves giving the Bro Mans the advantage. The match closes out with The Wolves hitting double running foot stomps and scoring the pinfall.
WINNERS: New TNA Tag Team Champions, The Wolves.

- "Committed Match": Mr. Anderson vs Samuel Shaw. Shaw does his best to avoid Anderson as the bell sounded. Shaw spends a lot of time being distracted by Christy Hemme and gives chase to her after choking Anderson out with his trademark choke hold. Anderson comes to and the brawl with Shaw goes all over the arena and out to the backstage area where the padded van is parked. The match closes out with Hemme low blowing Shaw and Anderson "Mic Checking" Shaw into the van for the victory.
WINNER: Mr. Anderson

- Kurt Angle and Willow vs ECIII and Rockstar Spud. Typical tag match, nothing special. ECIII tried to avoid Angle through most of the beginning. Willow and Angle hit a "Twist of Fate" "Angle Slam" "Swanton Bomb" trifecta to close out the match for the pin.
WINNERS: Angle and Willow

- TNA X-Division Title: Sanada (c) vs Tigre Uno. Good X-Division bout in match 3 of 3 between Sanada and Uno with the series tied at 1. Sanada hits his trademark moonsault for the pin to close out the match.
WINNER: Still TNA X-Division Champion, Sanada

- "I Quit Match": Gunner vs James Storm. Very intense hardcore match with a nice supply of weapons. Kendo sticks, ring steps, trash cans, trash can lids, chairs, stop signs. Storm at one point busted Gunner wide open after connecting with his beer bottle to the head. The match ends with Gunner superplexing Storm onto a guardrail set up on top of two chairs then rakes a piece of glass from the broken beer bottle across Storm's forehead until Storm announces that he quits.
WINNER: Gunner

- TNA Knockouts Title: Madison Rayne (c) vs. Angelina Love. Typical women's wrestling match between the former and current Beautiful People members. Rayne has Love pinned however Velvet Sky distracts the referee. As Rayne tries to get the referees attention back into the match, Rayne gets sprayed in the eyes by Sky allowing Love to grab the roll up pinfall.
WINNER: New TNA Knockouts Champion, Angelina Love

- "Tables Match": Bully Ray vs. Bobby Roode. Decent brawl and like any other table match, Ray and Roode set them up but fail to put each other through them. Ray puts Roode through a table for what should have been the victory however the referee was knocked out. Ray climbed to the top rope and attempted to put Roode through another table. A fan jumped onto the apron dressed in a hat and beard disguise and pushes Ray off the top rope and crashing through the tables set up on the floor. The referee sees Ray fall through the tables, calls the match and announces Roode the winner. The desguised fan revealed themselves to be Dixie Carter. Carter smiles at a broken Bully Ray and tells him to never double cross her ever again.
WINNER: Bobby Roode

- TNA World Title: Eric Young (c) vs Magnus. Young showed off his never give up attitude against the powerful Magnus. Young even though he was the champ he was clearly the underdog in the match. Young proved all the doubters wrong as he hit Magnus with the second of two piledrivers then dropped an elbow "ala Macho Man" from the top rope on Magnus to score the pin and retain the title.
WINNER: Still TNA World Champion, Eric Young

And that closes out the 9th Annual Sacrifice PPV. I'll be back Friday afternoon with more TNA News and TNA Impact results. Until then tap or snap.
