More tension was building between The Miz and Damien Sandow. Jon Stewart of The Daily Show, confronted and embarrassed Seth Rollins. Bray Wyatt continued to call out The Undertaker. Orton makes fun of everyone in The Authority, then says that he was just joking. Rollins takes the mic back and tries to get The Authority pumped up again and Rollins plans to roadblock Roman Reigns' road to Wrestlemania. Orton and Rollins will face Reigns later tonight.
- Daniel Bryan vs. Bad News Barrett: R-Truth is on commentary for this match. Bryan hits a couple knees and goes for a quick pin attempt. - Dean Ambrose vs. Stardust: R-Truth is on commentary again for this match. Stardust has Bad News Barrett's WWE Intercontinental Championship in his possession. Ambrose with a quick near fall. Stardust takes control of the match until Ambrose lands a knee, a kick and runs Stardust's face across the ropes. Stardust takes over again until Ambrose slaps Stardust, tosses him to the floor and hits a suicide dive. Stardust works on Ambrose's leg and sends him back to the floor. Stardust is in control, until Ambrose hits forearms, a bulldog and a clothesline. Ambrose plants Stardust with "Dirty Deeds" and scores the pinfall.

R-Truth puts the I-C Title in a sack. Ambrose takes out Bryan. Stardust takes out Ambrose. Ziggler super kicks Stardust. Harper clotheslines Ziggler. Bryan hits the running knee on Harper. Barrett hits the "Bullhammer" on Bryan and grabs the sack from Truth. Barrett escapes out to the crowd only to discover it's a fake I-C Title in the sack and R-Truth still has the real one.
- In Ring Segment with Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman: Paul Heyman calls Roman Reigns' Wrestlemania video propaganda, rips on Reigns' family, calling them cannibals and promises Reigns will not beat Lesnar. Bray has Taker's urn and wonders if it can raise the dead. Bray laughs and says the urn is empty and shallow. The urn suddenly starts smoking, the lights flicker, Taker's bell tolls and the lights go out. A spotlight shines on the urn and we hear Taker's voice say that Bray will rest in peace. A graphic on the screen shows "Wrestlemania" and "The Man Comes Around" as Bray's rocking chair engulfs into flames in the ring.

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, 11.8.14: #Smackdown Results

By @B_Rock1978

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon brought to you by Triple Threat CLE. It's the Smackdown results from last night's show. Last night's show took place in Albany, New York. What an exciting Smackdown last night as we witnessed not one, but two Steel Cage Matches. The bizarre Rhodes Brothers defended the WWE World Tag Team Championship against The Usos in the first steel cage match. The main event saw the second steel cage match as Dolph Ziggler faced The Authority's favorite demon, Kane. All that and a lot more, let's get to those results.

- "WWE World Tag Team Championship, Steel Cage Match": Goldust and Stardust (c) vs. The Usos: As soon as the bell rings, Stardust runs for the door but is stopped by Jey. Jimmy with a senton splash on Goldust for a near fall. Jimmy goes for an armbar submission but gets tossed into the cage wall by Goldust. Goldust rakes Jimmy's face on the cage then they trade blows on the top rope. Goldust gets knocked off and Jimmy makes the hot tag to Jey. Later in the match, Jimmy gets a near fall with a super kick on Stardust. Jimmy gets back body dropped into the cage wall then laid out with "Cross Rhodes" by Stardust but somehow kicks out at two. All four men brawl on the ropes. Goldust gets hit with a superplex and a superfly splash, luckily, Stardust rolls up an Uso for the pinfall. The Rhodes Brothers retain the WWE World Tag Team Championship.

- Choose Your Side Wisely: Kane cuts a promo inside the ring. Says what they did to Randy Orton on Monday was a very tough decision but Orton wasn't loyal and they needed to make an example out of him. Kane tells the WWE roster to choose wisely with who they will side with, either The Authority or Team Cena, then makes a steel cage match for later with himself against Dolph Ziggler, who's chosen the wrong side. Cesaro interrupts Kane and says he wants a spot on The Authority. Kane says Cesaro will have to beat Ryback tonight, first.

- Cesaro vs. Ryback: Cesaro with mat and submission wrestling on the "big guy". Ryback fights back and hits a spine buster followed by the "Meat Hook". Cesaro counters "Shell Shock" and gets a near fall after tossing Ryback into the turn buckle and hitting an elbow. Cesaro goes for a suplex but Ryback counters into the "Shell Shock" for the pinfall. Kane applauds Ryback's win but Ryback ignores him.

- R-Truth vs. Adam Rose: Rose is distracted by The Bunny who is dancing outside. Truth rolls Rose up from behind and scores the pinfall. After the match, Rose kicks The Bunny for costing him the match then leaves with the rest of The Rosebuds.

- The Peep Show: Christian returns to Smackdown for his Peep Show. Christian advertises SyFy's Haven show, then calls out his guest tonight, Dean Ambrose. Ambrose says Bray Wyatt likes to play mind games, but Ambrose's mind is dangerous. Ambrose challenges Bray, who appears and sits in his rocking chair. Bray says he's offering Ambrose safety, a family and wants to heal Ambrose the way he healed Harper and Rowan. The lights go out and pop back on with Bray in the ring with Ambrose. The lights go out and pop back on again and Bray is gone before Ambrose can attack.

- Backstage, Brie Bella apologizes to A.J. Lee for what happened on RAW. Nikki Bella attacks A.J. from behind and makes it out like Brie set A.J. up.

- Backstage, Tyson Kidd is running game on Summer Rae and Layla. Nattie Neidhart busts him and wants to know why he's not answering her text messages.

- Nattie Neidhart (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. Summer Rae (w/Layla): Kidd is on commentary for this match. Nattie goes for the "Sharpshooter" but gets rolled up by Summer for the pinfall. Kidd tries to talk to Nattie after the match.

- Backstage, Dolph Ziggler is interviewed. Says he wants The Authority out. Triple H interrupts Dolph and tells him Cena and Orton aren't here to back him up he can still change his mind and save himself.

- Sgt. Dan Rose is out with the creator of Soldier Socks, showing what they have done for wounded soldiers.

- "Steel Cage Match": Dolph Ziggler vs. Kane: Ziggler on the offense early. Ziggler goes to escape the cage but Kane sends him into the cage wall. Kane lands a big boot for a near fall. Ziggler dodges a Kane splash in the corner, hits two clotheslines and a DDT for a near fall. Both men trade punches on the top rope and end up crotching each other on the ropes. Ziggler leaps at Kane and catches a Kane uppercut for a near fall. Ziggler blocks a choke slam but can't block the second one as Kane drives Ziggler into the mat. Kane goes for the "Tombstone" but Ziggler counters with the "Zig Zag" for a near fall. Ziggler tries to escape out the door but ends up super kicking Kane, as Kane tries to stop Ziggler. Kane goes to escape out the door but Ziggler leaps over Kane's massive frame and scales the cage. Ziggler is hanging off the cage door as Kane kicks it out. Ziggler kicks the cage door into Kane twice before dropping to the floor for the victory. Smackdown closes out with Ziggler celebrating.

Sheamus and Cesaro trade punches in mid air until Sheamus falls to the mat. Cesaro eventually falls as well. Orton gets busted open in the match as WWE medical work on him. A ladder is bridged from the ring to the announcers table, where we see Sheamus fall onto the bridged ladder. Orton grabs the giant sized ladder and everyone takes turns climbing it only to get pushed off. Sheamus comes close to grabbing the titles but Kane stops him. Orton and Kane are alone at one point until Reigns spears Kane but then Reigns catches a ladder shot by Orton. Cena and Reigns are alone at one point and we see a trading of punches. Cena goes for "AA" but Reigns counters with a spear. Reigns and Orton end up climbing the ladder and trade punches. Reigns and Orton take turns slamming each other's faces into the ladder, Orton is busted open. Reigns knocks Orton off the ladder, Kane knocks Reigns off. Cena hits "AA" on Orton and Kane both, climbs the ladder and grabs the titles. John Cena is the NEW World Heavyweight Champion!
John Cena is now a 15 time World Champion. One reign away from tying Ric Flair's all time record of 16.
And that closes out this year's Money in the Bank. Sadly both ladder matches were predictable. Seth Rollins is the next rising star so it made sense to give him the briefcase. WWE leaked the SummerSlam poster showing John Cena vs Brock Lesnar which kinda made it obvious that Lesnar was finally getting his title shot and Cena was going to be the one with the title.

That about wraps up the recap, I'll be back Tuesday for RAW recap, till then, tap or snap!

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, 5.20.14: WWE Raw

Cheerio!

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon comes to you today with the WWE RAW recap from last night. RAW took place last night in jolly old England. Last week, Daniel Bryan, announced to the WWE Universe that he would need neck surgery, and wasn't sure what the outcome would be. Stephanie McMahon, announced that tonight on RAW, the status of Bryan's WWE World Heavyweight Championship would be revealed. The Shield dominated Evolution and the RAW heel locker room last week. How will Evolution retaliate tonight? John Cena and Bray Wyatt continued their feud that will lead towards a "Last Man Standing Match" at WWE Payback. Over in the Divas Division, Alicia Fox, showed a dark side last week on current WWE Divas Champion, Paige. Here is last night's recap.

Highlights of RAW:
- RAW opened up with another promo and sing along by Bray Wyatt on John Cena. Cena hit the ring and cleaned house on The Wyatt's, chasing them from the ring. Cena will face Luke Harper later in the main event.
- Stephanie McMahon orders WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan, to be at RAW next week. Stephanie will do a final evaluation on Bryan on whether his neck surgery will cause him to not be able to compete in title defenses. If Bryan can't compete then he will be stripped of the championship.
- The Shield vs Evolution feud heated up as Rollins faced Batista. Triple H was special guest ring announcer and Orton special guest time keeper. Reigns and Ambrose evened the odds for Rollins as they did special guest commentary. Rollins wins by DQ as both factions brawled.
- A "Beat The Clock" Tournament was held with the superstar who wins their match with the best time receiving a WWE I-C Title Match at WWE Payback against WWE I-C Champion, Bad News Barrett. RVD, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler, Mark Henry, Ryback and Big E were the six competitors. RVD would go on to finish with the best time. Bad News Barrett arrived and gave some "Bad News" to RVD as he laid out "Mr. Monday Night".
- More Adam Rose shenanigans with Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter.
- Summer Rae returned and interfered in Fandango's match. Rae and Layla had a CATFIGHT!!
- Alicia Fox dominated WWE Divas Champion, Paige.
- Rusev crushed Heath Slater and remains undefeated.
- Main Event saw John Cena defeat Luke Harper by DQ. The Wyatt Family attacked Cena in and out of the ring. Bray delivered "Sister Abigail" to Cena on the stage. Bray sang to the fans as Harper made a ten count on John Cena hyping the Last Man Standing Match to close the show out.

WWE News and Rumors:
- WWE is already talking about a small price raise on the WWE Network monthly price. I personally would still keep the Network even if it happened. I have enjoyed every bit of my WWE Network.
- I mentioned on Saturday that The Rock, Rikishi and Mickie James are possible candidates for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015. You can now add Kevin Nash's name to that list of possible choices.
- WWE took a hit in the stocks this weekend. It was reported that Vince McMahon lost $350 million dollars on Friday, knocking Vinnie Mac out of the billionaire bracket.

And that wraps up this edition. I'll be back with more WWE News and the Smackdown England recap Saturday. Till then, bloody tap or snap.
