Ryback demands his match with Miz tonight to start right now.

- Ryback vs. The Miz: The match closes out with Ryback taking control of Miz and goes for the Meat Hook. Miz slides out of the ring and runs for his life, taking the loss by countout.

- Paige vs. Alicia Fox (w/The Bellas): The match closes out with Paige hitting a clothesline and an elbow on Alicia. The Bellas are on the apron and try to distract Paige. The plan backfires as Paige rolls up Alicia and scores the pin.

- "WWE United States Championship Match": John Cena (c) vs. Cesaro: Kevin Owens comes out, making everyone think he's doing Cena's open challenge tonight. Owens says he's waiting till WWE Battleground and sits in at commentary. Cesaro answers the challenge instead. The match closes out with Cesaro planting Cena with the Neutralizer, lands a series of upper cuts and gets Cena in the Cesaro Swing. Cesaro locks Cena in the Sharpshooter submission and Cena fights to not tap out. Owens hits the ring and plants Cesaro with a pop up power bomb, causing a DQ. Owens plants Cena with a pop up power bomb after Cena gets back to his feet. Owens tells a knocked out Cena that he would be the only one to take Cena's WWE United States Championship.

- "Eight Man Tag Team Match": Lucha Dragons and Prime Time Players
vs. Bo Dallas and The New Day: The match closes out with The New Day getting involved and the Dragons clear the ring. The Dragons go airbourne and take out all the heels on the floor. Kofi Kingston rolls into the ring, but gets planted with a Titus sit down power bomb. Titus covers and scores the pin.

- Dolph Ziggler and Lana are in the ring with a microphone. Ziggler talks about their current relationship and they share passion. Rusev interrupts with Summer Rae. Rusev says Lana means nothing and Dolph is a scumbag. Dolph tells Rusev to stop insulting his girlfriend, he screwed up so he needs to walk away. Dolph and Rusev go nose to nose, but Rusev backs away. Summer says Lana is a gold digger who dumped Rusev when he was hurt, Rusev cared about Lana but Lana is a two faced phoney. Summer slaps Lana. Lana responds by tackling Summer and we have a CATFIGHT!!! Dolph finally pulls Lana off Summer and Summer runs off.

- Backstage, Dean Ambrose is talking to a Terminator robot before Roman Reigns walks in. Ambrose says he's ready to fight and wants Reigns ready too. Reigns gets pumped up, calls The Authority idiots, they will tear it down cause he hates everyone, except Ambrose.

- Neville vs. Sheamus: The match closes out with Sheamus going for the Brogue Kick, but Neville ducks and gets a near fall rollup. Sheamus comes back with a second attempted Brogue Kick and hits it this time. Sheamus covers and scores the pin.

- Jack Swagger vs. King Barrett: The match closes out with Swagger going for the Patriot Lock, but Barrett rolls to the floor. Swagger sends Barrett into the barricade, then back into the ring. Swagger gets in the ring but gets hit with the Bullhammer. Barrett covers and scores the pin.

- Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins and Kane: The match closes out with Reigns drilling Kane and Rollins with a kendo stick. The lights suddenly go out in the arena. They pop back on and we see Bray Wyatt unloading on Reigns and tosses him into the commentary table. Ambrose meanwhile goes for Dirty Deeds on Kane, but Kane counters and choke slams Ambrose. Rollins hits the Pedigree on Ambrose and scores the pin. After the match, Mercury and Noble set up a table in the corner. Reigns re-enters the ring and unloads on The Authority.
Kane plants Reigns with a choke slam, but Reigns continues fighting back. Reigns gets beaten down again and then triple power bombed through the table. Rollins pulls Reigns to his feet and hits a Pedigree on him. The Authority leave the ring, however, Bray Wyatt re-enters the ring, pulls Reigns up and plants Reigns with Sister Abigail. RAW ends with Bray taunting the crowd and Reigns left laid out.

Leadoff with Lee 6.30.15 #BoRyan #Cavs #HomeRunDerby

By @cleeverizon

- Wisconsin basketball coach Bo Ryan announced he is going to retire after next season. Ryan has led the Badgers to back to back Final Four appearances. His hope is longtime assistant Bob Gard succeeds him in Madison. Ryan informed his players and assistants Monday morning, with numerous sources indicating he would have retired in the spring if the Badgers defeated Duke in the national championship game. Prior to taking over at Wisconsin for Dick Bennett, Ryan spent two seasons at Milwaukee. He was at Division III, Wisconsin-Platteville for 15 seasons.

-According to various sources the Cleveland Cavaliers are prepared to offer Kevin Love a 5-year, max contract worth $110M on July 1st.

- Cavs forward Mike Miller has opted into his $2.8M deal for 2015-16.

- Contrary what I reported yesterday, it has been brought to my attention that J.R. Smith maybe willing to take a pay cut to stay with Cleveland next season. From what I'm hearing, his deal would start around $5.5M. If this helps with the Cavs free agency, I'm all for it.

- The Hockey Hall of Fame class of 2015 will include Chris Pronger, Nick Lidstrom, Sergei Federov, Phil Housley, Angela Ruggiero, Bill Hay, and Peter Karmanos.

- Dwayne Wade decided not to pick up his 2015 option with the Miami Heat and will become a unrestricted free agent on July 1st. Wade is believed to be seeking a deal that would average at least $16 million over the next three seasons. He has left about $27 million on the table during his career and wants those sacrifices rewarded in his next contract. CBS Sports has reported likely suitors are the Lakers, Cavs or a return to the Heat.

Wade to Cleveland is really not as crazy as it sounds. Wade wants to recoup the money he left on the table from Miami. Not the team he could potentially sign with. Miami is in rebuilding mode. By the time they get good, it will be time for him to retire. If he wants another ring or two and wants to play with his friend LeBron James, he would take the pay cut and give his friend a solid.

- In other Heat news, Luol Deng has opted in to his contract and is staying with the Heat this upcoming season. He is scheduled to make $10.1M this season.

- The Brooklyn Nets and Memphis Grizzlies have discussed a potential trade that would send Joe Johnson and his $24M contract to Memphis.

- Major League Baseball has accounted a new format in the home run derby. The format will include bracket play that is timed in 5 minute intervals. Additional time will be added for distance and home runs. The bracket below will explain the format.

TNA Slammiversary 2015 #TNA #Slammiversary

By @B_Rock1978

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, brought to you by Triple Threat CLE, brings you the TNA Slammiversary recap for last night's  pay per view. TNA Slammiversary took place live at TNA's home base, The Impact Zone, in Orlando, Florida. Let's get things started.

- "TNA X-Division Championship Match": Tigre Uno (c) vs. DJ Z vs. Manik: Faced paced action early. Uno goes over the ropes and hits a plancha on DJ Z and Manik. The trio trade high spots, knees and kicks. DJ Z goes over the ropes and hits a 360 senton splash, taking out Uno and Manik. The trio are back in the ring and we get a nice tower of doom spot, knocking out all three. Manik gets a near fall bridge suplex on Uno. All three trade near falls and their signature moves. Manik hits a gut buster, followed by a frog splash for a near fall. Uno hits the Corkscrew Legdrop on Manik, covers and scores the pin. Tigre Uno retains the TNA X-Division Championship.

- Jessie Godderz vs. Robbie E: Robbie hits the ring before the match even starts and attacks Godderz from behind. Robbie chokes Godderz with his shirt and tosses him around ringside. Godderz takes control after a back and forth exchange and continues fighting with Robbie on the floor. Back in the ring, Godderz and Robbie trade shots with each other, back and forth. Godderz hits a big DDT and gets a near fall. Godderz takes control and works over Robbie for most of the match. Robbie finally returns fire on Godderz, hits a falling neck breaker out of the corner and scores the pin.

- "No DQ Match": Matt Morgan vs. Bram: Morgan is in control at the opening bell. Morgan tosses Bram around the ring, out to the floor and tosses him around outside. Bram tries to crawl under the ring to escape, but grabs a pipe instead. Bram smacks Morgan in the head with the pipe and takes control of the match. Weapons enter into the match as we see steel chairs, trash cans and production equipment. Bram unloads trash can shots on Morgan and then finishes it off with trash can lid shots to Morgan's head. Back in the ring, Bram is in control and working over Morgan. The referee checks on Morgan, as it appears he might be injured. Bram comes in and goes for a steel chair shot on Morgan, but Morgan blocks it and choke slams Bram on a steel chair. Morgan goes for a power bomb, but Bram counters and delivers a low blow to Morgan. Bram plants Morgan with a DDT on top of a steel chair and scores the pin.

- "Winner Decides Match 5 In Best Of Five Series": Austin Aries vs. Davey Richards: Aries and Richards go back and forth with mat and counter wrestling. Aries hits a top rope ax handle and chops away on Davey. Aries and Davey trade elbows, forearms, dropkicks and chops. Aries hits a top rope drop kick and reverses a suplex into the Last Chancery submission. Davey holds on, rolls through and hits a Falcon Arrow for a near fall on Aries. More back and forth action between the two. Davey hits an elevated knee, unloads a series of running knees and hits the double foot stomp. Davey covers and gets a near fall as Aries kicks out. Bobby Roode appears at ringside to cheer on Aries. Davey goes after Roode, trying to get rid of him. Aries sneaks in from behind, rolls up Davey and scores the pin. After the match, Aries announces that the fifth and final match for the vacant TNA World Tag Team Championship will be a 30-Minute Iron Man Match.

- "Handicap Match": The Dollhouse vs. Awesome Kong and Brooke Tessmacher: This match was originally advertised for the TNA Knockout's Championship, but obviously it's not. Great advertising TNA. The match starts and Awesome Kong lays the beat down on Jade and Marti. The Dollhouse try to triple team Kong, but Jade and Marti get splashed by Kong. Taryn Terrell gets in, but Brooke takes her out. Brooke tags in and the triple teaming starts again. Brooke fights her way back in the match and hot tags Kong in. Kong destroys Marti and Jade as Taryn escapes. Brooke tags back in and picks up the pin.

- "Unsanctioned Match": James Storm vs. Magnus: Storm and Magnus brawl in and outside the ring. Storm and Magnus brawl all the way backstage and toss each other into production equipment. Storm sets up a table and goes for Eye Of The Storm. Magnus counters and power bombs Storm through the table. Back in the ring, Magnus takes control and goes for an elbow off the ropes to the floor. Storm moves and Magnus goes through a table. Storm gets a near fall after the table crash and burn. Storm fills his hands with powder and throws it at Magnus. Magnus ducks and the referee takes it in the face. Storm hits a super kick but the referee is still blinded. Magnus grabs Storm and plants him with a side slam. Magnus and Storm end up with a piece of barricade in the ring bridged between two chairs. Magnus hits a superplex and puts Storm right through the barricade. Magnus and Storm both grab beer bottles and swing at each other. Both men take beer bottle shots to the head. Magnus goes down and Storm goes down, landing on top of Magnus for the pinfall.

- Ethan Carter III and Tyrus vs. Mr. Anderson and Bobby Lashley: Tyrus and EC3 double team Lashley to start the match. Anderson tags in and unloads on EC3 and plants him with a spinning neck breaker. EC3 and Tyrus start double teaming Anderson next to gain the advantage. Anderson fights back and hot tags Lashley. Lashley unloads on EC3 and Tyrus. Tyrus regains control, hits a suplex and goes for the Samoan Spike on Lashley. Lashley ducks, hits the ropes and spears Tyrus. EC3 comes out of no where and plants Lashley with the One Percenter to score the pin. Anderson looks to have tweeked his leg as he's limping after the match.

- "King of the Mountain Championship Match": Jeff Jarrett vs. Matt Hardy vs. Drew Galloway vs. Bobby Roode vs. Eric Young: Roode scores a quick roll up pinfall on Jarrett, giving Roode the right to hang the championship and putting Jarrett in the penalty box. Roode has a ladder and climbs with the title, but Hardy stops Roode and brawls with him. Roode hits a series of spine busters on everyone. Jarrett's two minutes are up in the penalty box, but he gets jumped by Young. EY scores a pinfall on Jarrett on the floor and Jarrett is thrown back inside the box. EY is now eligible. We have a brawl break out between the five competitors. EY climbs the ladder with the title, but Hardy stops him. Galloway hits the Future Shock on Hardy, but Roode stops the pinfall. Hardy hits a Twist Of Fate on both EY and Roode and scores the pinfall on Roode as Galloway scores the pinfall on EY, putting both EY and Roode in the penalty box. Hardy and Galloway are both eligible. Hardy and Galloway trade shots on top of the ladder. Jarrett runs in and pushes the ladder over. Jarrett hits The Stroke on Galloway, but Hardy breaks up the pin. Jarrett blocks the Twist Of Fate and hits The Stroke on Hardy for a near fall. Roode and EY are back in and score pinfalls on Hardy and Galloway, then double team Jarrett, until EY turns on Roode and they tumble to the floor. EY goes for Jarrett's acoustic guitar, but Karen Jarrett slaps EY. EY is able to grab the guitar anyway and swings at Jarrett. Jarrett ducks, lands a low blow, grabs the guitar and busts it over Roode's head. Jarrett covers Roode and scores the pin, making Jarrett eligible. Hardy and Galloway are back and climbing the ladder.
Jarrett knocks them off with another ladder and climbs the ladder with the title. EY stops Jarrett and fights with him onto the outside apron. EY blocks The Stroke and piledrives Jarrett off the apron and onto a bridged ladder on the floor. Roode, EY, Hardy and Galloway continue brawling outside the ring, as Karen Jarrett and TNA medical check on Jarrett. Galloway climbs on top of the penalty box and hits a swanton onto Hardy, Roode and EY on the floor. Galloway climbs the ladder with the title, but is cut off by Hardy. Hardy drops Galloway off the ladder with Twist Of Fate and climbs the ladder with the title. Roode stops Hardy and sit down power bombs him off the ladder. Roode climbs the ladder with the title, but EY climbs a second ladder next to Roode and trades blows with him. Roode and EY both fall off their ladders as Jarrett gets back in the ring. Jarrett hits The Stroke on EY, who's still holding the title. Jarrett climbs the ladder with the title and hangs it on the hook, to be crowned the NEW King of the Mountain Champion.

- TNA Slammiversary closes out with The Jarrett's celebrating inside the ring.

Wrestling Lockup With Brandon: Dolph Ziggler Re-Signs With WWE

By @B_Rock1978

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon brought to you by Triple Threat CLE, brings you a Weekend 3 Count Exclusive.

WWE and Dolph Ziggler fans can now breathe a heavy sigh of relief, as Dolph Ziggler has officially re-signed with the WWE. Rumors were spreading like wildfire the past few weeks about Ziggler being unhappy with his status in the WWE. Rumors were even pointing at Ziggler patiently waiting for his WWE contract to expire so he could finally pack up and leave. Ziggler finally put all those rumors to bed as he officially re-signed a multi year deal with the WWE and will be staying put with the leaders in sports entertainment.

When the news and rumors broke of Ziggler not being happy with WWE and looking to leave, other promotions quickly took notice and were hoping to steal away Ziggler. Imagine if Ziggler would've signed with TNA? I would've guaranteed Ziggler would've been the TNA World Heavyweight Champion before 2015 closed out. The feuds with Bobby Roode, Ethan Carter III, Eric Young and MVP alone would've been entertaining. TNA however have problems of their own, as a lot of their talent is currently leaving the company and there are a lot of rumors of TNA still not having a clue with what direction they're going in.

What if Dolph Ziggler signed with Ring Of Honor? Again Ziggler much like with TNA would've been taking a drop down in the business. Granted ROH is a very professional wrestling promotion and take their wrestling serious. But ROH still doesn't have the money, power, fans or ratings that the juggernaut WWE bring in weekly. Ziggler would've definitely had some memorable matches with Jay Lethal, Jay Briscoe, A.J. Styles, Roderick Strong, but again only half of the fans would've seen it live, which what matters to make a wrestling promotion a serious threat.

What if Ziggler signed with Jeff Jarrett's upstart Global Force Wrestling? Ziggler would've taken a huge risk going this route, as GFW is still waiting for a TV deal. Jarrett could've definitely been able to use Ziggler the correct way. Ziggler has the looks, charisma and attitude to be the face of a company. What a perfect way for GFW to make an impact by putting their GFW World Heavyweight Championship on a guy like Dolph Ziggler.

What about Lucha Underground? Honestly this would've been the last place I'd ever expect Dolph Ziggler to go. Ziggler would've had great matches with Prince Puma and Johnny Mundo, but I honestly think Ziggler would've been a fish out of water in Lucha.

You think Ziggler would've just said screw it and officially retired? I think he might have taken a few months off to regroup, but I wouldn't have seen any retirement plans in his future.

So now the question is, now that Dolph Ziggler re-signed with the WWE, will he get that long overdue push he deserves? And if he does, can he stay healthy? I'm having flashbacks of his 69 day World Heavyweight Championship reign after cashing in money in the bank, from a few years back. Ziggler suffered a concussion after winning the championship and immediately was forced to drop it, due to it having an effect on him mentally.

Ziggler is currently in a love triangle feud with Lana and Rusev, which I'll be honest, I think sucks. If I was booking Ziggler as of right now, I'd first have him kick Lana to the curb. I'd turn Ziggler heel and Rollins face and you have your main event at SummerSlam. Ziggler beats Rollins and takes his spot as the new face of the company and the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Ziggler holds the title until Wrestlemania. Ziggler is owed a long title reign, in my opinion, due to WWE consistently holding him back. You can throw Brock Lesnar in there somewhere chasing Ziggler, but he won't take it from Ziggler. The Royal Rumble winner beats Ziggler at Wrestlemania and then you can bring in Sheamus with his money in the bank briefcase and go that route next.

So there you have it, just some of my thoughts on Dolph Ziggler. Now that Ziggler has re-signed with the WWE, what are some things you'd like to see Ziggler used for? Hit me up on the Twitter @B_Rock1978. Follow me and give me your thoughts on this.

By @cleeverizon

- LeBron James officially announced that he would be opting out of his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

It's not a big deal, folks. Cleveland fans knew once he came back home he signed a 2 year deal with a player option on the 2nd year. Just expect this for the next 2 years. LeBron could sign 5-year, $40M plus per season contract if he waits 2 summers to sign long-term deal. The NBA Salary Cap is going up 33% in 2016-17, then 21% in 2017-18.

Does he want to earn the maximum amount of money possible? YES! Despite becoming a free agent, LeBron James will not visit other teams. He will re-sign with the Cavs later this summer. Don't let the “4 letter network” scare you into thinking that LBJ is going to leave again. I think LeBron knows if he leaves the Cavs again, he will not only be the most hated man in Cleveland, but possibly the most hated man in sports history. Even surpassing Art Modell here locally.

- Concerning Kevin Love and opting out of his contract, Love basically has 2 options available. The first being the same as LeBron: continue to sign one year deals for max contracts until the 2016-2017 season. Or sign a 5 year max deal after July 1st of this summer and guarantee his money for 5 years. Considering Love’s injury history, I would say he signs a 5 year max this year.

- As for Tristan Thompson and his contract, here’s how it breaks down to me. Before we start to speculate how much he you would or would not pay “Double T” per year, let the market dictate that. In 2 years, Tristan Thompson's "max" deal is going to be a top 5 best deal in basketball considering his age and the salary cap rising. My only question, does Thompson still come off the bench earning max or near max money? The Cavs would have Love, Anderson Varejao, Timofey Mozgov and James returning next season. And I'm not sold that Thompson is ready to become a starter as of yet. Stamina wise he's not there yet, while providing much needed points and rebounds coming off the bench. Granted he can play the power forward and center positions, but with the returning talent, who is going to sit the bench and give you Thompson type numbers?

- J.R. Smith also opted out of his contract with the Cavs. Smith opted out of making $6.4M this season knowing he could get a raise. Numerous sources have indicated he is looking for a 3 year deal, worth about $8M per season.

I have been in J.R. Smith's corner this entire time and still have his back. He ONLY WANTS A ADDITIONAL $1.6M per year! The other 2 factors are who is going to take a chance on Smith and your “de facto” General Manager LeBron James wants him back. It should be noted that LeBron also wanted Damon Jones back year after year and was he back with the team during LeBron’s first stint in Cleveland. Jones is LBJ's personal shooting coach! What LeBron wants is what LeBron gets. Some Cleveland fans want to run Smith out of Cleveland because he didn't show up in the finals when needed? It's also mind blowing to me that people hate J.R. for a couple bad games after a very good season, but love Matthew Dellavedova for the opposite. Delly had a terrible season and then had 3 or 4 good games in the playoffs. J.R. had a good season and 3 or 4 bad games. Yet Delly is loved! The Cavs were 30-3 down the last stretch of the season. Don't blow it up. Keep it in perspective and don't let the National media fool you!

- The Cleveland Indians on the other side of The Gateway Plaza…. where do I start?

Well yesterday, the Indians were swept in a doubleheader in 40 years. That's 1975 folks. The Indians are 33-41 this year, 118-118 since losing to Rays in the 2013 Wild Card game & 1,062-1,118 since the start of the 2002 season under Mark Shapiro/Chris Antonetti.

Two playoff appearances, three 90+ win seasons, four 90+ losing seasons. The Indians have scored three or fewer runs in 18 of the 24 games they've played in June. They are 9-15 in June. Is it the fault of “Shapinetti”? Do you blame the Dolan's? Do you blame Francona? Francona was ejected with two outs in the 9th of yesterday’s game by plate umpire Ron Kulpa for arguing balls and strikes following Ryan Raburn's strikeout. What other way do you try to fire up your team?

And for those of you who think Kevin Love won't be returning, look who was spotted in Los Angeles with LeBron James, the unofficial General Manager of the year!

TNA Slammiversary 2015 Preview #Slammiversary #KOTM

By @B_Rock1978

Wrestling Lockup with Brandon, brought to you by Triple Threat CLE, brings you the TNA Slammiversary preview for tonight's pay per view. TNA Slammiversary takes place live at TNA's home base, The Impact Zone, in Orlando, Florida.

- "King of the Mountain Match For The King of the Mountain Championship": Jeff Jarrett vs. Bobby Roode vs. Eric Young vs. Matt Hardy vs. Drew Galloway: Probably the biggest story right now in TNA, the return of the originator of the King of the Mountain Match, former TNA World Heavyweight Champion and TNA creator Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett is not only the owner of Global Force Wrestling, but Jarrett has returned to his former company he once owned to compete in a match that he created. What does this mean for Jarrett's GFW promotion? Will we see a GFW invasion or a possible merger with TNA? Matt Hardy continues his singles run while his brother Jeff recovers from his injury.
Matt looks to become the first ever King of the Mountain Champion. Two former TNA World Heavyweight Champions, once friends, now enemies and TNA originals, Bobby Roode and Eric Young renew their rivalry in this match. Will either one of these old school Team Canada members walk out the new King of the Mountain Champion? Newcomer to TNA and the leader of The Rising, Drew Galloway, looks to continue his crusade of making changes in wrestling. Can Galloway win the King of the Mountain Championship and prove The Rising is upon us?

- "TNA Knockouts Championship, Tag Team Handicap Match": Taryn Terrell (c), Jade and Marti vs. Awesome Kong and Brooke Tessmacher: Taryn Terrell has been on top of the TNA Knockout's Division for quite some time, fending off all challengers. Taryn joined forces with the debuting duo of Jade and Marti a few months back. Together the trio formed the faction called The Dollhouse and have been causing havoc within TNA. Awesome Kong returned to TNA a few months back also, renewed a short feud with her former nemesis, Gail Kim and then immediately targeted the TNA Knockout's Championship after. Brooke Tessmacher, another returning Knockout, has also set her sights on Taryn and her TNA Knockout's Championship. Can The Dollhouse fend off Tessmacher and Kong and help Taryn retain her title? Will Kong and Tessmacher be able to work as a team, knowing if either of them score the pin they'll be the new champion?

- "Winner Decides Stipulation In Match 5 Of The Best Of Five Series": Austin Aries vs. Davey Richards: What a tag team series The Wolves and Austin Aries and Bobby Roode have displayed in the first four matches. The TNA World Tag Team Championship was held up a few months back when The Hardy Boys had to vacate the titles, due to Jeff Hardy breaking his leg. Aries and Roode and The Wolves both considered themselves the #1 tag team in TNA with The Hardys on the shelf. Both teams decided to have a best of five series to determine who was the better team and who would become the new TNA World Tag Team Champions. With the series tied at two wins a piece, the winner of tonight's one on one match will pick the stipulation for the finale for the TNA World Tag Team Championship.

- "Non-Sanctioned Match": James Storm vs. Magnus: What started out as an innocent "One More Match" plead, has turned into a very personal feud between Storm and Magnus. Storm sided with the fans and asked Magnus' fiance, former TNA Knockout's Champion, Mickie James, to give us one more match. Mickie refused at first, stating as being a stay at home mom now to Magnus' son. Storm, however, was able to get Mickie to change her mind in weeks to come, which upset Magnus. Storm next threw his seniority friendship in Magnus' face and said let Mickie choose for her self. Storm would then buy presents for Mickie and her family and make promises of helping better Mickie's career with more money. Magnus responded by busting a guitar that was a gift to Mickie over Storm's head and a stern warning to stay away from his family. Storm would respond back by meeting alone with Mickie, who said thanks but no thanks to everything. Storm, pissed, would then shove Mickie off a train platform. Storm then met Magnus and shoved a stroller off the TNA stage, making Magnus think his son was in it, but it was only a fake doll. This match looks to be a very violent fight as Magnus looks to take revenge for his family.

- Mr. Anderson and Bobby Lashley vs. Ethan Carter III and Tyrus: Ethan Carter III and Tyrus have been on a political campaign to get the undefeated EC3 a TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match against Kurt Angle. Mr. Anderson arrived to tell EC3 that he doesn't get things handed to him around here, he has to do it the old fashioned way and earn it. Anderson faced off against EC3, one on one, and looked to end the undefeated streak. EC3 came out still undefeated and along with Tyrus, beat down Anderson. Bobby Lashley made the save for Mr. Anderson and inserted himself into the feud. Can the team of Anderson and Lashley defeat EC3 and Tyrus and possibly give EC3 his first pinfall or submission loss? Will EC3 and Tyrus come out victorious, as EC3 gets closer to his TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match against Kurt Angle?

- "Bram's Open Challenge": Bram vs. Matt Morgan: Week after week, Bram has been challenging past TNA wrestlers to open challenges. We've seen wrestlers from TNA's past, such as Crimson, Joseph Parks and even Vader accept Bram's challenge. It was Bram's match with Vader, where we saw Bram try to permanently injure the wrestling legend with his trademarked turnbuckle wrench. Matt Morgan returned to TNA, made the save for Vader and immediately challenged Bram to face him one on one. Will Bram take out Matt Morgan and add him to his list of past TNA wrestlers taken out? Will Matt Morgan bring an end to Bram and his open challenges?

- "Battle Of The BroMans": Robbie E vs. Jessie Godderz: Tension between the two former BroMans began to rise when Robbie E and Godderz lost a tag team match a few months back, which would've qualified them for a shot at the TNA World Tag Team Championship. Robbie E and Godderz turned on each other and began brawling, ending their team and friendship. Godderz completely cut ties with the BroMans as he would next turn on DJ Z, also a BroMan, and proceeded to beat him down. Robbie E made the save and chased off Godderz. Who will come out victorious and be the ultimate BroMan?

If you can't see the event, no worries! Be sure to check back here on Monday afternoon, with my TNA Slammiversary recap.

By @B_Rock1978

It's the Weekend 3 Count, brought to you by Triple Threat CLE. The W3C, brings you news and rumors going on around the wrestling world. Whether it's WWE, NXT, TNA, GFW, ROH, Lucha Underground or the independent wrestling scene, I'll talk about it.

*** WWE and NXT News ***

- Be sure to go back and read my recaps on this week's RAW, SmackDown and NXT shows for the week. A lot of build up as the WWE moves towards WWE Battleground.

- WWE Tough Enough debuted this week on the USA Network. One contestant will be eliminated each week until there is one remaining. That last contestant standing will receive a WWE contract.

- Daniel Bryan Injury Revealed: For the past few months, WWE has been quiet on exactly why Daniel Bryan has been put on the injury list again in the company. Many felt it was due to more neck and shoulder problems which put him out of action last year. That was not the case. WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart, was interviewed recently and let the cat out of the bag. Hart stated that Daniel Bryan suffered a similar concussion that forced Bret Hart to retire back in the early 2000's. The concussion was said to have happened while on the European tour in a match against Sheamus. After the injury accorded, Bryan, was immediately sent back home to the U.S. to get tested. Bryan has been receiving tests and can not wrestle again until all tests are passed. As of now Bryan is nowhere near passing all of them.

- Jamie Noble Injured: This past Monday on RAW, Jamie Noble was taken off on a stretcher, after the closing segment to RAW. Noble was tossed into the barricade by Brock Lesnar, during Lesnar's brawl with The Authority, to close out the show. On Tuesday it was announced that Noble had broken three ribs after taking the barricade spot.

- Tyson Kidd Update: Kidd has chosen to have neck surgery, after taking a Samoa Joe muscle buster the wrong way and injuring his neck and spinal cord. Kidd is being expected to be out of action for at least 14 months for healing and rehab after the surgery.

- More Dolph Ziggler Leaving WWE News: Former TNA writer, Jason Cook, stated this past week on his Facebook page, that Dolph Ziggler will be leaving WWE when his contract expires and sign with TNA. According to Cook, he claims that Ziggler has been planning this for some time now.

*** TNA News ***

- Be sure to go back and read my recap of this week's TNA Impact Wrestling show. A lot of surprises this past Wednesday and also a title change took place.

- Jeff Hardy's Return Announced: After being out of action with a broken leg, due to a dirt bike accident, Hardy finally has a return date set. Jeff Hardy will return to in ring action on September 17th, for a TNA live show in York, Pennsylvania.

- Another Wrestler Calls It Quits: Samuel Shaw announced on his Twitter page that he has left TNA. Shaw follows Gunner who announced his departure last week. Both Shaw and Gunner have a great future ahead of them and will be a great pick up by which ever promotion signs them.

- Rumors began circulating within TNA that James Storm and Magnus might be leaving TNA. The rumors became true on both accounts when both Storm and Magnus made Twitter statuses about the rumors. Storm tweeted out he was enjoying his last big meal before his last TV taping show. And Magnus tweeted out that TNA Slammiversary would be his last match with TNA.

- Austin Aries' Contract Future: TNA has stated this week that Austin Aries' contract will be coming to an end the day after TNA Slammiversary. There has been no word on if Aries will re-sign with the company or leave TNA.

*** GFW News ***

- GFW owner, Jeff Jarrett, shocked the world as he announced himself as one of the five men that will compete at TNA Slammiversary in the King of the Mountain Match. No word as of yet if this is a one time thing or if GFW and TNA have worked a merger with each other. There has been talk, however, of Jarrett being around TNA more after Slammiversary. This could possibly play into something planned by the two companies.

- GFW, meanwhile, continues their summer tour of minor league ballparks, promoting GFW wrestling.

*** ROH News ***

- This week on Ring Of Honor on Destination America: Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Roderick Strong in the opening match by pinfall. Michael Elgin makes quick and easy work of Gedo. Elgin scores the pinfall on Gedo. The Young Bucks and A.J. Styles, representing The Bullet Club defeated Okada, Barretta and Rocky Romero in the main in event in a six man tag team match. This was A.J. Styles first match on a televised wrestling promotion, since leaving TNA. The Bullet Club hit the Bullet Club Special finisher on Barretta to score the pin.

- NJPW Wrestlers Return: Ring Of Honor announced this week that three New Japan Pro Wrestling stars will return to ROH for TV tapings. Shinsuke Nakamura, Kazuchika “Rainmaker” Okada and KUSHIDA, will all be making returns.

*** Lucha Underground News ***

This week on Lucha Underground: Super Fly defeated Sexy Star. Super Fly tried to unmask Sexy Star after the match, but Sexy Star escaped. Vampiro and Pentagon had a shoving match with each other, possibly setting up a future match. Aerostar defeated The Mack, The Moth and Cage in a Fatal Four Way Match to win the Third Aztec Medallion. The Disciples of Death beat down Trios backstage. Mil Muertes defeated Drago becoming the #1 Contender to Prince Puma's Lucha Underground World Heavyweight Championship. Drago was nearly choked out with a belt, before the match, by Hernandez. Puma appeared after the match and had a stare down with Mil Muertes.

*** Other Wrestling News ***

- Former WWE Intercontinental Champion and WWE Women's Champion, Chyna, is in the news. Chyna has stated that she wants to have a private sit down with Vince McMahon and Triple H to bury the hatchet. Chyna wants to one day be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and stated that her time in WWE was the best times of her life.

- Former Women's Wrestler Arrested: Former Bodybuilder women's wrestler, Nicole Bass, was arrested this week. Bass was arrested in Queens, New York and charged with stealing $1,000 in goods from the Stop & Shop supermarket. Sentencing has yet to be determined yet. Bass competed in ECW and WWE in the late 1990's.

- Former WWE, WCW and TNA writer, Vince Russo is trying to get involved with TNA again. Russo sent an email to Dixie Carter and Billy Corgan, offering his services. Russo offered to help write TNA from now until September, free of charge, to prove he could get TNA back on track. TNA has declined his offer.

- Bellator 138 Fixed?: Many people have gone on record of claiming that the match between Kimbo Slice and former WWE Intercontinental Champion and NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Ken Shamrock, was a fixed fight. Some felt that Kimbo tapped out while trapped in Shamrock's rear naked choke, but the fight was never stopped. Some felt the leg trip Shamrock applied to get Kimbo down on the mat was weak and staged. And many felt the match stoppage was way to soon as Shamrock wasn't given a chance to say if he could still go or not.

And that's your Weekend 3 Count. Join me next Sunday afternoon for more news and rumors around the wrestling world.
